सिलिकन भ्याल्ली अफ ईण्डिया
दशसम्म आईसीएसी, एघार बाह् सिवीएसी अनि ईनटरेन्श परिक्षा पास गरेर चार वर्ष ईञ्जीनियरीङको डिग्री हाँसिल गर्यो। थाहा छैन तर उ सिलिकन भ्याल्ली अफ ईण्डिया ताकी बेङलुरू नै पुग्छ भनेर।
मैले बुझे अनुसार, हाम्रो सरकारी विद्यालयमा निजी व्यवस्थामा कमप्युटर सिकाउने कार्य भई रहे थियो
शनिबार उसको छुट्टी हुदा मसित स्कुल आउने गर्थ्यो मैले पढ़ाउने सरकारी स्कुलमा अनि अरू नानीहरूसित बसेर कमप्युटरमा के के गरि रहन्थ्यो ।
यस्तो उसको चाँसो देखेर मैले एउटा डेकस्टप किनी दिएँ पाँच क्लास पुग्दा अनि स्कुलमा एघार बाह्र पढ़दा पनि एउटा विषय कमप्युटर लिन लगाएँ।
दोस्रो वर्ष ईञ्जिनियरीङ गर्दा नगर्दै उसले धेरै काम सिकेर आफै काम गर्न थाल्यो। पढ़न उसले तेति रूचाएन र हामी आमा छोरा माझ द्वन्द चलि रहन्थ्यो। उसले भन्ने गर्थ्यो तपाईलाई धेरै मैले पैसा कमाएको मन पर्छ या मेरो डिग्री चाहिन्छ। म भन्ने गर्थे मलाई तेरो डिग्री पहिले चाहिन्छ अनि मात्र पैसा ।
हो आज रिजनल डेभलपमेन्टमाआई टी पार्कको विषय पढ़ाउदा, स्टाटप ईलेकट्रोनिक गुडस र तकनिकीमा व्यसायीहरू यहाँ धेरै रूपयाँ निवेस गर्दैछन भनी पढ़ाएँ। साथै जानकारी दिएँ, यहाँ तकनिकी विज्ञानका नानीहरूले धेरै रूपयाँ कमाउछन । भारतको यो एउटा समृद्ध सहर हो। तसर्थ धेरै यतैतिर काम गर्न भनि जान्छन । तर अरू क्षेत्रमा के कति कमाउछन म भन्न सक्दिन तर तकनिकी क्षेत्रमा भने कार्य सिके डिग्रीको पनि उत्ती खाँचो नपर्ने विषय रहेछ सफ्टवेएर।
उसले मसित द्वन्द गर्दै भने पनि फस्ट क्लासमा पास गरे डिग्री, र आज चौविस वर्षको उमेरमा ईञ्जिनियर II बनेको छ।
मलाई सुनाइ रहन्छ बताई रहन्छ, सानोमा झै हो हो भन्ने गर्छु तर मेरो शिर माथिबाट जान्छ कतिवटा कुरोहरू,तर सुनेर ट्याकै जाने झै होमा हैंसे मिलाउने गर्छु ।
हो तर नानीहरूले छिटो काम पाउन् अग्रेजी स्कुल होईन सहि तालिम आमा- बाबाले दिन पर्छ,तब मात्र उसले सहि स्थान प्राप्त गर्न सक्छ ।
उसले मलाई पत्रकार बन्ने ईच्छा जताएको थियो। मैले उसलाई सबै उसको साथीहरूबाट टाढ़ा चेन्नइ तिर पढ़न पठाएँ सायद राम्रै गरेछु क्यार । भन्न चाहि भन्ने गर्छ आमा! सबै ईञ्जिनियरीङ पास मात्र गर्छन तर काम गर्न भने उनीहरूलाई गाहारो हुन्छ र एमबीए गरेर व्यवसायमा लाग्छन।
मलाई पनि रहर नभएको होईन तर हाम्रो पालामा भने कमप्युटर आई हालेको थिएन र यो मौका पाएनौ तर आज आमा छोरा दुवैको शिक्षालाई दाँजेर हेर्छु। भन्ने हो भने मैले उ भन्दा धेर पड़े, पढ़नमा धेर समय विताएँ तर सरकारी नौकरी तैई पनि बंगालमा।
यो ठाँउ र कार्यमा भने पदोउन्नती पनि खासै छैन।1981 देखि आजसम्म सायद दार्जीलिङ जिल्लामा भने जस्तो काम सायदै कसैले पाएका छन।
एउटा डब्लुबिसीएस, टिचीङ तथा सानातिना कार्य पाईन्छ घुँढ़ा धसेर ।
अनि पैसा कति पाईन्छ त भन्दा साठ्ठी वर्ष पुग्दा बल्ल लाख रूपयाँ देख्न पाउछन महिनामा एउटा एम ए बीएड गरेका व्यक्तीले भनेपछि एउटा सफ्टवेहर ईञ्जिनियरले राम्रो काम गरे त्यो भन्दा डबल तेईस वर्षको उमेरमा पाउने गर्छन। भनेपछि कुरो कहाँ पुग्यो।
आज जुन पाठ पढ़ाएँ त्यो सठिक हो।
भर्खरै छोरोको पदोउन्नती र मेरो तनखाको साथै काम पाउन हम्मे समयमा सिलिकन भ्याल्ली अफ ईण्डियामा भने निवेश कर्ताहरूको धुईरो साथै क्युनेरी र क्वाटनेरी कार्य गर्ने "वाईट कर्लरहरू"को चाँदी कटाई छ ।
तपाई पनि नानीलाई काम छीट्टै पाँउन के पढ़ाउदा ठिक हुन्छ सोच्नु होला?

This afternoon I was sitting inside the room teaching a lesson online, on regional development to class XIIth Std ( GEOGRAPHY), was saying with faith in my heart, yes, it is written right here. The reason, only a few days ago, MY son was promoted. Software Engineer ii (two) on Flipkat.
Passed ICSC up to 10th Std, from CBSC 11th & 12th Std and obtained four years engineering degree. I don't know but he will reach Silicon Valley of India i.e Bangalore at present.
As far as I understand, our government school was teaching computers in a private system.
During his weekend on Saturdays, He would come to school with me, at the government school where I teach, and with other children at the computer,
he used to penting and play games of his interest, so I bought a desktop and he started taking a subject computers in School too. when he reached class five and even when he was studying in school at eleventh and twelveth Std..
In the second year, while doing engineering, he learned a lot of work and started working on his own. He did not like to study further and there was a conflict between us mother and son. He used to say yoy like me a rich person in future earning lot of money or need my degree?. I used to say I need your degree first and then only money.
Yes, while teaching the topic of IT Park in Regional Development today, I tought that professionals in start-up electronic goods and technology are investing a lot of money here. Also informed that the children of technical Science earn a lot of money here. It is a prosperous city in India. Therefore, many are known to work here. But I can't say how much they earn in other fields.
He passed the degree in first class even though he was in conflict with me, and today at the age of twenty-four he has become Engineer II.
I keep hearing, I keep saying yes, like a child, but how many things go above my head, but I act like I understand everything when I hear it.
Yes, but for the children to get a job quickly, it is not the English school but the right training that the parents have to give, only then can they get the right place.
He wanted to become a journalist. I sent him to Chennai to study away from all his friends. Maybe I did well. Ge used to say that , mother! All of them only pass engineering but find it difficult to work and go into business after doing MBA.
It's not that I didn't have any interest, but in our time computer didn't come and I didn't get this opportunity but today I will compare the education of both mother and son. In other words, I spent more time studying than him, but I also got a government job in Bengal.
There is not much promotion in this place and work. From 1981 till today, hardly anyone has got such a good job in Darjeeling district.
A WBCS, teaching and small work can be found by kneeling.
And when you reach the age of sixty, you will finally see a lac rupees but in cilucon vallley boys of 23 are getting double than what you are getting at the age of sixty . Then you can imagine the dufference?
The lesson I taught today is correct.
In Silicon Valley of India, there is a flurry of investors, as well as "white collours" working in quenaries and quaternaries activities.
Do you also think that it is better to teach a child to get a job quickly and earn more.
